Upsttemians

The Upsttemians played their first gig in Madrid in 2005, since then they have been performing their vision of Jamaican music recorded during the 60’s and early 70’s all around the place. SKA, REGGAE and ROCK STEADY is their thing.

After recording three albums (The Upsttemians (2005), Turn It Up (2008) and Reggae Lessons (2011)),touring around most Spanish cities and some European countries (Switzerland, Belgium or France) they released a double vinyl 7″ with Liquidator Music, their last release up to date.

They have backed live some Jamaican foundational artists such as Dave Barker or Roy Panton & Yvonne Harrison, and shared stage with nearly the most important Ska and Reggae acts.
